Trying to find a 2006 alternative/rock music video with only a description...
I don't remember the name of the band or the song, but it was rock/alternative and somewhere in 2006. I don't think the band itself was exceedingly popular, either. Throughout the course of the video, the camera keeps panning to this thick line of bunched together cables running through a dim-lit city. It goes over pavement, sidewalks, even through the rolled down windows of cars.
Meanwhile, some shots show the band playing, and finally when the camera has traced the cable all the way to the end, it turns out that said cables were plugged into this display of sorts that had been behind the band the entire time. Once the camera reveals this, there's a huge shower of sparks from the aforementioned display as the band continues to play.
I know it's not a whole lot to go on, but this has been bugging me for months, and I can't remember hardly anything about the song - just the video. Should anyone out there be able to help me, I'd greatly appreciate it! (Bands that I know this isn't, by the way, would include: Saosin, Switchfoot, The Killers, Senses Fail, and Against Me.) Also, if it's any help at all, I saw the video from time to time on FUSE, which is also where I saw it originally. Thanks again for whoever can lend a hand!
