Me and girlfriend bought a harley,bill of sale in my name. While at bmv she had a friend add her name to title,she signed bill of sale without me knowing, I have title and bike she wants it. What can I do

If her name is on the title, she can just get a copy of it also. Depending on how the title is written, you can never sell it without her signing also.

If the title is in her name also, she can just get on it and drive off anytime she wants also.

OK,if I file for lost title,the dealer that sold me bike said it would come back my name only. I have checked with BMV and was told same thing.once her name is off title can she take it or sue me for any money. It was a gift from the start.her name was added after it was bought.I feel she had no right to pencil in her name and have friend add it to title.
