    If I work for cash,no work ins,how can I receive a 1099?

    A 1099 is used by a company to claim taxable expenses in terms of independent contractors.

    Does not matter how they pay you, check or cash, the company that pays you, are suppose to give you one if you earn over a certain amount.

    Further, even IF you do not get a Form 1099, you are STILL required by law to report the income and pay the tax.
