I have a 92 honda accord lx 5 speed that I just put a fuel pump in. The only way you can drive it is if the rpm is above 3, if its not above 3 then the car will cut off. What could be causing this?

Try installing a new Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil inside the distributor. Apply silicone heat transfer compound to the back of the new ICM. If the problem persists, install the new ICM and coil in a genuine Honda distributor housing (all others are suspect).
