I have a little box come up when I put the usb cord in the computer and it shows me a Open folder to view or a Use this drive for backup or the last one Speed up my system. Out of those three what do I do to start putting music in my Eclipes mp3 player

Open Folder will open the player.
Then simple copy/paste the music files onto it.
