These tiny black bugs I have are mostly in my kitchen but not around the sink.I found a couple on my coat that was hanging on the kitchen chair and a few on the table. It's almost like they are dropping from the ceiling but I don't see any up there. They have legs but no antennae.

The little black bugs I have do not have wings. They are kind of oval shaped and hardly move unless touched.

You are the food source for mites. When they bite you, they lay eggs under your skin, hatch out and start all over. You should be treated by a physician to kill the eggs and stay away from them to keep from getting re-bit. I wash all my clothes with bleach and borax then dry for 1 hour. I take everything off when I come in from work and throw it in the washer immediately I use windex (amonia - do use pure amonia) with a swifter and clean my ceramic tile. There seems to be more problem where the microfiber sofas and carpet are. I have had my house fogged twice and it works for a couple of days. I am staying away from that area and am now using an ozone generator while I am at work. If that doesn't work, I will use the heat method. A machine that heats the area to 120 degrees. Go to www.CDC.com for mites and follow their instructions for best results. There doesn't seem to be an easy answer. Good luck. I am still working on mine! Asking the Lord for help is your first resort. He will give you answers!

Sounds like a pantry pest of some type. Here's a very common one - the cigarette beetle. Do yours look anything like this?
