I have hot water but no cold water in the bath tub have cold & hot water everywhere else not sure of the product name it's a one handle

Its usually the hot that clogs but this sounds like your cold supply is plugged up. One handle is likely a cartridge or ball valve but unless you can post a picture or find the brand/model I can't give specific details how to clear the valve.
