How to figure commercial cleaning bids?
Have been offered opportunity to bid on daily cleaning services (all) for large (one story) medical facility. We have never done anything near this large of a scale before, so not sure of how to bid on the job.. Where do I begin? It is being subcontracted out, but has been handeled by four hourly paid employees of a property maintenance company. All work is currently performed in four hours per night, five days a week. We may do this differently (more hours per evening, less people, etc.). All cleaning supplies are provided by the facility. We have already been given the monthly floor buffing/waxing contract, but pricing for that is an entirely different thing. We REALLY WANT to secure this contract... but need help!
