I am about 3 weeks pregnant for my first child, I have taken 2 pregnancy test and they all came back positive, its aroun the time of the month I should start my menstural and I don't have a doctors appt until next week, but it feels as if my period wants to start, is this normal, I've beeb having the aches and cramps and pressure as I my period wants to start but it comes and goes which is unusual

Totally normal just as long as its not accompanied by heavy bleeding.

Agree, they can be even some "light" bleeding good luck please keep us posted
