Hello, I am 35 and I got my tubes tied 7 years ago after I had my last child. Before my last period I have been feeling different. My breast (nipples) are tender and sore, I have lower back pain, some cramping in my stomach and have been a little tired. I had my last period a week ago, but it was not a normal period. My period usually is heavy and last about 5 days, but this last period was not as heavy and only lasted 3 days. I took a home pregnancy test and it was negative. I am still concerned that I may be pregnant because I am still having the symptoms described above. Could I be pregnant or could it be stress.
