I'am planning to add 2 more toilets into my house, one on the ground floor and the other directly above it on the second floor. I will run a new vent/stack as the old one is not in the correct location.
Is this plan acceptable to code.

Under which code do you fall? Where are you located?
Nova Scotia Canada
Are two toilets all you're adding? No sink? No bath/shower? Do you plan on venting the first floor toilet? Back to you, Ton
Thanks for the reply Speedball 1
On the ground floor there will be a sink insde the washroom, this will be vented by an air valve.
On the second floor there will be a shower and a wash basin, which will vent into the new stack above the toilet, and before the vent stack goes out through the roof.
The first floor will be a half bath vented by a AAV. If wet vents are allowed in your area here's how the second floor bath should rough in. Good luck, Tom
Thank you Tom.
