Dear Sir


I am a dentist from Iraq , Me and my wife( she is also a dentist) ,both obtained a B1/B2 visa for one year multiple for a dental conference in FEB 2012 , and we are planning to stay in US to qualify our certificate by taking the dental board exam and the procedure takes about 7-8 moths preparation then taking the exam and thereafter apply to a 2-year college (which also my take time from 8-9 months to obtain the acceptance of the university) , so the question here we don't want to break the LAW here and what is the requirement to do so if we can stay here legally? Shall we mention for the exam info at the POE? Or stay here for 3 month then apply for a change in status ? We are plainning to have a lawyer like you to take our case .


Note : If we giving at the POE in US 3 month stay , what is the procedures and possibility to change our status so they can prepare for the Exam and wait for the unvirsity acceptance ?
