My fiancée and I are having some problems. He wants to be emancipated and he isn't quit sure how. His step father has threatened him on many occasions and now he is threatening me as well. From the way it sounds he is not living at home right now, so is he living with you or with friends? What kind of threats have been made to him and to you? He can report his step-father to the authorities. You can report his threats made to you.
