I work for people with mental disabilities, They all have been convicted of a crime of some sort. Nurses give these clients condoms to use in there rooms or bathroom when they feel they need them. My question is one of my co-worker sanitary pads she uses on a daily(not of her period) basis was found in a clients room. When the client was asked why it was in there he stated he used it when he jerked off but put a condom on first. Will her dna show up on that condom cause its really upsetting her that this happened cause of the potenial of this client saying they had sex.

If the sanitary pads were used, and had some type of discharge on them, yes her DNA could be found.

Why do they have condoms ?

Did they send both condom and pad out for testing? It probably would show DNA, and they would test for secretions too, but that doesn't prove that she was present when he used it. But that's all for a court to sort out, if it goes that far. If she didn't have sex with him, she shouldn't worry, unless she starts hearing other things that would show a real need to worry and lead her to hire a lawyer. If she did have sex with him and this pad thing was contrived, other facts and testimony might be part of the case.
