So is there any way that I can reset the system to factory like it was when it was first used for free . I can use the laptop but I can't change any setting or even watch dvds with out the admin name and or the pass code, can you please help me out on free info.. Thank you

Insert the OS install disk and boot holding down the "c" key Select your language and on the screen where you would start to reinstall go under Utilities and select the password utility here you can reset the password on any account.
