I'm 27 weeks pregnant and my back is killing me the only thing I have is "Arthritis and sport rub" it says it contians epsom salt and alcohol is it safe to rub on my back?

What is the actual name of the rub? What other ingredients are listed? Backpain is of course very common in pregnancy. What other things have you tried to remedy it?
