I'm 14 and have been dating this boy. He just turned 18 and I was wondering if its legal to date him as long as we don't have a sexual relationship. I live in Oklahoma.

Legal, yes, advisable, nope.

What do your parents say? While there are no laws that govern dating, you still have to abide by your parents instructions. If they do not approve then he can get in trouble with the law. And, as you seem to be aware, any sexual activity would be illegal.

But I have to wonder what an 18 yr old would see in a 14 yr old. You are both at very different levels of development. At your ages, the age gap is generally too wide.
