I adopted a 10 week puppy last Saturday from Pet Smart adoption on the weeekends... She looks similar to a Puggle, she has been eating and drinking great up until today... She threw up during the night and is not eating much at all and had diarrhea.. She is current with shots.. I am starting to get concerned

This needs to be seen to by a vet.

There are many possibilities. She could have gotten into something she shouldn't have, or it could be something more serious, like parvo. At 10 weeks she hasn't gotten all of her shots and is not yet protected against parvo.

You need to see your vet. He/she is the only one that can give you an accurate diagnosis, and if it is parvo, the sooner you get a diagnosis the better the odds that she'll survive.

Ditto, odds are good that given she was at a Petsmart adoption she has been in a foster or shelter situation before she found her way to whatever group took her there.
Your vet is your best option.
