    Wisdom teeth removal stitches?
I had one wisdom tooth removed last Friday and got part of my gums stitched at the very back. My gums are slowly healing as of now. However, I occasionally get this nasty taste at the back of my tongue where the stitched gum area is because its not fully attached to the rest of my gums yet. How do I get rid of this? I've been using salt water and honey to rinse after eating. I also brush my teeth at least 3 times a day, avoiding the back where my wisdom teeth was removed. Did anyone ever have a similar situation?

Who told you to use honey? Would serve no purpose and isn't exactly antibacterial. Would not promote healing. Rinse with only salt water.
