I think I may be being haunted for the past year whenever I'm near the kitchen my kettle clicks as though it's just boiled when it clearly hasn't I. Go upstairs there's a noise of a computer shutting down yet no computer on and no one upstairs this happens 2-3 times a day and last week me and my son were in bed and something moved my cover then placed it down very slowly and tried to pull my son away from me? He was holding on as though something was trying to take him even though gage was fast asleep? He wakes up most nights and comes into our room always ice cold and never remembers getting up? He is only 5 these noises and observations only seem to happen to me why is this? Help please

Noises can usually be explained... but the paranormal is real also. What you explained in the bed is curious. Has any sort of occult activity gone on in the home? Anything from a ouija board being played to any sort of divination? Sometimes things that seem like fun and games can have some serious spiritual consequences.

Does your husband ever experience anything in the home as well?

Only once when we first moved here 3 years ago we'd taken the living room door off which leads to the hall stairs front door whilst decorating say in the front room one night large window at the side of the front door bottom of stair well and out of the corner of my eye I caught a glimpse of a mist travelling down the stairs my partner saw it too it just came and went nothing like that since it was odd and the night the previous tenant that was here apparently it was her anniversary with her husband dying earlier that year we assumed it was her coming back to collect him that couple was the only ones before us that have lived here the house was built in the 60 s and they were the 1st tenants and from what I've heard about them can't see them doing anything like that and we defiantly haven't it's getting really frightening now I don't want to go in my room very strange atmosphere all the time especially when the doors been closed my son won't sleep in his own bed either at the mo? Really don't know what's going on but could do with some advice on how to stop whatever's happening here please

Children can feed from the fear of those around them. You also seem to be feeding your own fear. What you might try doing is gather practical evidence of what is going on and you might see that there isn't much to it. Try that first before getting more excited about the situation.

I think cal means you have to look at this objectively; your fear is transmitting to your son, and so on, because he hears you discussing this with your husband.

After you gather information on this 'haunting' you will find that the occurrences you mention can be explained in normal standards.

Sometimes there is no good explanation. The paranormal does happen and I don't have an issue believing what you are saying. Sometimes there is not making sense of it. That spiritual veil is not something we can usually see behind, making understanding very limited.

Let's assume there is something spiritual in the home. Are you more interested in having it leave or more so just in understanding what it is?

Well, anything spiritual manifesting in this way, such as hauntings, noises, ghosts... these are really demonic spirits. Human spirits do not remain on earth after death. So, if you want to know what it is, IF you really do have a spirit there, it is a demon. A demon simply wants to manifest. They want there presence to be known. Their goal is any interruption of our lives, even if it seems harmless, I promise there is still an underlying danger is allowing it to coexist with you.

To have it removed needs to be done by a spiritually mature person who understands their authority over such spirits. If I were you I would contact a church that who either experience or an understanding of these things. Let me/us know if you have any other questions.

You don't need to get a blessing. A blessing does not address the problem of a spirit living in or haunting a home. BUT, you do need someone to come evaluate the home and help you. This can come from any denomination... doesn't have to be Catholic, unless that is what you are comfortable with. Personally I recommend the Pentecostal of Full Gospel churches. From my experience they simply have a better understanding of these matters. All you need to do is call around... you may have to talk to a couple different ones before you find one that is willing/able to help you. Don't be ashamed or embarrassed... they are there for help. You need someone to spiritually step in that gap FOR you right now.
