If you were issued a ticket for driving without insurance, the ticket should indicate the fine.

Also you will be held responsible for the damages to the other car or property. If you don't pay, you will probably be sued for the damages.

    Normally,

You have a ticket for what you did to cause the accident.

You get a ticket for no insurance.

Normally you will have a fairly large fine and your drivers license is often suspended for at least a few months.

Also normally your drivers license stays suspended or even revoked till all damages are paid to the other driver. So if you caused 3000 dollars in damages, you will have to repay all of this, before you get your drivers license back.
