I want to know why I am not pregnant after having unprotected sex for four months now

Some women will get pregnant the first time they have sex. Other times couples have to try for a year or more to get pregnant.

So what are you doing to get pregnant? Are you tracking your most fertile times? Are you only have sex during those fertile time? Have you and your partner been to the doctor to check to be sure there are no issues.
