    Employee law related to salary?
    Can I get salary for a month if organisation terminates me with out any notice period and can I file a case against them

    Severance pay (if that's what you are referring to) is a matter of company policy or contractual obligation, not law. There are no laws requiring a company to pay severance. A company can terminate you for any reason (except discrimination of a protected class) without any notice. So there is no grounds for a suit, based on the limited info you posted.
