Hmmmm... or maybe not - I think it's a different error.
Thanks Lord_Darkclaw. The error is identical to the one explained on that webpage (I had a typo in my question). This all began when I was installing Pinnacle Studio 10.5 software. I received the blue screen of death and afterward starting getting the "savedump.exe" error message, “The procedure entry point SymsetSymWithAddr64 could not be located in the dynamic link library dbghelp.dll”. I'll try running the sfc /scannow command in Safe Mode using my original XP disc as suggested by someone on that webpage Hopefully that will work??Quote:
