So I woke up this morning to what I thought was my period. I am not due to start my period for another 9-10 days. I then realized that it is just brown spotting that has suddenly stopped and is only there sometimes after I wipe. I have done some research and most says that its implantation bleeding and I could be pregnant however I'm not sure. Does anyone else know anything about this or what it can be?

It can be several things, but pregnancy is one of them. So when it is time for your next period, if you miss it, take a pregnancy test.

May be you are just over reacting. Go to a doctor and get confirmation.
