Thermostat off, but heat still on from my attic furnace
    Hi there,

I have a MARS 24010 Transformer Fan Center Relay, it has been working fine for awhile, however, I have noticed that there is a wire that came loose, this particular wire comes from one terminal at the pilot housing.

At the moment, if I turn on the thermostat, I hear a click that indicates the pilot light should fire up the entire furnace, but it does not, the pilot light remains on, however, when I connect the loose wire other end to the R connector on the 24010 transformer fan relay, the furnace lights up, and it works normal.

If at this point, I turn off the thermostat, the furnace and fan motor continues on, and on, and the only way to turn this off, is to unplug the loose wire from connector R on the relay.

Any ideas?. do I need a new relay?

    Thanks for the feedback
