I am a OPT student on F1 Visa. I completed my school in May 2011 and working since then, I have filed my taxes using Turbo Tax site, which ultimately made me file 1040A and 8863, what should I do now, its just 2 days that I have filed.

If you did not completed 5 years of F1, you were required to file nonresident tax return.
Wait for at least 6 weeks. Then file amended tax return Form 1040X with properly done nonresident tax return and form 8843.

Print the word "AMENDED" on the top of the first page of the Form 1040NR-EZ, and request on the Form 1040X that the IRS re-instate your non-resident alien status.

And send a check if there is any difference in the refunds between Form 1040A and Form 1040NR-EZ.
