I am on L1 visa, I filed my tax last year. Last year in 2011 my family came in march. I have an infant.I and my wife has SSN but I don't have TIN for my Infant. When I use Turbo Tax that ask me for SSN/ TIN. I'll really appreciate, if anyone can please guide me, how to file my Tax using turbotax or some other site this year and claim my baby in my Tax.

Complete your tax return. Print it. Attach completed ITIN application (form W7) with your tax return and mail to the address shown on ITIN application.

Thanks mukat. So I has to send this Tax print only to IRS Office and no need to send federal Return to Federal office, Right? I have one more question, I has to file virginia tax, only after getting the TIN and I has to paper file or e-file for state tax?

Normally, state return should be filed after you get ITIN.

Be sure to mail the tax return and Form W-7 (with notarized photocopy of infant's passport picture AND visa picture pages) to the address in the W-7 instructions.
