How can you report someone who is on probation and leaves the state without permission

Call the local probation office, when someone answers, give them the persons name and the dates they were traveling and where they were traveling too.

This is actually the way most people get violated, they make someone mad and that person calls and turns them in. ( for traveling, for drinking, for other violations)
