You don't repair a waterlogged bladder tank if the membrane is ruptured. This calls for a replacement. Good luck, Tom

Speedball is correct. There are a very few bladder tanks that allow the replacement of the bladder, but not many.

You can do a short term fix by draining the tank with the system off through a lower level faucet. Once the tank is empty of water, turn the system is back on. That will recharge the tank, but it will only last a few weeks. In the long run, replacement is the only option. Happily, replacement is not difficult.
