My period has been on longer than a month heavy, along with cramping pain. When I try to pass gas I have extreme pain.not passing stools regular.

Your symptoms are very vague and we can't venture to guess over the Internet. I do suggest calling your doctor. The period and gas/stool issue could be unrelated but they could have something to do with each other.
Things like Edometriosis and constipation are possible but again, you'll have to have a physical exam by a doctor to get an accurate response. Good luck
