My period was due on January 12 but it didn't come, instead I started spotting about a week later and have been spotting at least one day out the week since then. I've been nauseated, vomitting, peeing a lot, etc. I ve had almost all the pregnancy symptoms known. I've had 3 negative pregnancy tests, what could this mean?

Symptoms are funny in that no two people get or have them exactly the same, some people get none. Others can get the flu and see to have the same ones.

False Neg is fairly common, Are you using the first urine of the morning? But you may need to check with your doctor to see if not pregnant what could be the cause

Yes I used the first morning urine and its still negative. A friend of mine said she spotted during her first trimester and my mom said she bled for six when she was pregnant with me. I mean I feel fine, its just the simple symptoms,like, spotting, vomiting, nausea, constipation at times, very mild cramps. Breast are sore sometimes and frequent urination

Since you're already late and have taken tests maybe you should make a Dr appt and find out for sure.

Iam because I'm tired of wondering, a lot of friends think I am because they were the same way. And plus dealing with these symptoms and not knowing exactly is going on... Thank you

Go to your Dr and get an ultrasound. You could be pregnant or it could be stress. Many women don't think they are pregnant because of false negatives on tests. Stress over the wondering could cause false pregnancy symptoms kind of like men get when the women are pregnant. I hope all goes well.
