I have been lightening my dark blonde hair since I was 20, I'm 28 now, I always used clairol nice and easy and it always came out a really nice light neutral blonde, but the last few times I touched up my roots they came out this horrible orange colour at the top of my head! The sides by my ears seem to be OK though, why is this happening?
