Can I be kicked out of our house. Bought home, ingaudged Never married
While engaged to be married, we bought a house with monies she had just
Received in a inheiratence. I thought that a little odd when we went down to
Finalize the sale, she insisted that I should have my name on the deed along with hers.
Couple years go by and one dayI am told to pack my **** and move out.where do I stand legally

Since your name is on the deed, no she can not evict you over a house that you are part owner of.

California is a Community Property state, meaning essentially 50/50. You say your name is on the Deed, which gives you specific rights to the property. The marriage or lack thereof is not an issue, this is a property rights issue and you have a legally valid claim to the home in my lay opinion because your name appears on the Deed. I would consult a qualified property law attorney. I am not an attorney and this is not legal advise.

    Did you ever get married?

The most important point here is that you are listed on the deed as an owner. Therefore you cannot be kicked out, nor can you even be evicted.

But if you were married, she can file for divorce and have you removed from the house pending the divorce settlement.
