How do I begin the process of filing an abondonment warrant on my son's father

There is no order, I've opened a case but he's a truck driver and they say they aren't able to serve him.

If there is no court order for support, then you may not be able to file for abandonment.

Is he an independent trucker or does it work for someone? Have you spoken to your local prosecutor about filing criminal charges?

Abandonment in GA is failure to pay court ordered support. There are ways to find him, company he works for, and so on.
