So, I've been on the pill for 5 months (have never missed a pill) and have always had sex with a condom except for on Saturday where we didn't use one. It now being Monday I have been feeling dizzy all day and feeling sick in the stomach (sort of like cramps) am I just being paranoid? Please help

Usually the first sign of pregnancy is a missed period. It would be unusual to feel symptoms 3 days after intercourse, but for now you'll just have to wait until you miss your period and take a test using first morning urine.

Yes you are most likely paranoid. Of course no form of birth control is 100 percent. But normally as noted, the first sign will be a missed period. So you just have to wait for now till you are due your next period.
