I have a two and a half year old daughter with my ex-fiance. When she was 8 months old he left her with his mother while I was at work and left the state for a year. She has lived with me since birth and it has now been over a year and a half since she has seen him. He has not contacted me in almost a year, nor has he provided any kind of child support since he left. He is a drug addict and an alcoholic. What do I need to do in order to involuntarily termninate his parental rights? His family has made it clear to me that it is not something he would consent to.
