Why should YOU have to do anything ?

Well, if you trust your boyfriend, then you have nothing to worry about. You may also want to sit down and talk to him and ask him how he feels about seeing his ex be friends with his sister and ask him if he has any feelings for her leftover. Don't jump to conclusions until you have actually talked to him.
