I have just been awarded with joint custody with mother having primary physical custody. Me and the father disagree on public and private school. Since I have primary phyiscal custody does he have to take me back to court if he wants to fight me on which school she should go to?

How is the "legal custody" worded, Also how will the choice of school effect the father ( or will it)

He believes the only way the child can have the best education is for her to attend private school. I disagree because him and I both went to public school. We both have college degrees and both are doing OK financially. He wants her in private school but doesn't want to pay the tuition. As far as the wording goes I don't have the documents on me I will have to get back to you
