My 5 year old son is experiencing lower right side pain on and off, constipation, constantly chapped lips, and has had bad breath. He has had three surgeries to remove most of his teeth due to rotting and has only two molars left which now have developed an abscess. He also complains that it hurts when he goes to the bathroom, and his urine has a strong smell. What could this be?
