    You can probably get out of your medical judgment, but you're not going to skate on your child support.

    Uhhh, doesn't your kid eat? Mine do. I actually love my kids... I don't want them to go hungry.

    Chapter Seven is the one that you liquidadate all you assets to satisfy the debt.

    NO child support cannot be claimed in Bankruptcy. You have to still pay it.

    But you cannot get a discharge of the CS debt.
