I have had an iud for 5 years. For the past month or so I have been nauseas, headaches daily, heartburn every hour or so, tired all the time, breasts are sore, cramps on my left lower abs, fluttery feelings in my stomach( gas?), depressed, anxious. I am 29 years old. I smoke and am overweight. What's going on with me? I have never felt this with the iud. Is it normal?
