    Smoking and braces
    Hi, my name is Josh
I've just got braces and its going to stay with me for 2 years
I've planned to stop smoking in those 2 years only on special occasions, my limit is 4-5
I'm only going to smoke 4-5 cigarettes in those 2 years only! But is it OK? I mean will smoke damage the metal thing in my mouth? Or will smoking 4-5 cigs can damage all my braces? Is smoking cigar, shisha(hookah), midwakh(dokha) better for braces than smoking cigs?
I know smoking is bad and that's why I might atop after I take off my braces so no answers like that please
Please I need a good answer pleeease!

    Thank you,

No won't chastize you for only minimal smoking, but you will have an interesting pattern on your teeth when the braces come off, no to mention it is good to maintain good oral hygiene when wearing braces.
