My friend who is Canadian meet this lady (who is American) through another friend. They talked on the phone for a couple months and got married last year (November)in San Jose. She told my friend she has a house and had a decent job. Now 2 months gone, she is in the state while he is in Canada, she accidentally reveal to that she change the title of her house to another friend. A week ago in their arguments, she said she is going to file for a divorce but this week, she said she is quitting her high paid job in San Jose and coming to live in Canada.

I think, after she came to Canada, she will try to get a divorce so that he has to give her half his assets and spousal support, what do you think?
