Can I put child support on my mom after I am 18?
My parents divorced when I was in seventh grade and I have been living with my dad ever since. I am in eleventh grade and my dad doesn't want to put child support on my mom. Can I put child support when I am 18 for all the years she hasn't paid?
    Please help

No you may not, child support is not due and payable to the child, it is paid to the custodial parent to pay them for housing, food, utilities, car and travel and school. So it is only your dad that can claim it.
