So I just recently moved to Ohio from Alabama.. Long story.. But when I was in Alabama I met this guy but now he is 18 and I am 15 we were together for a few months.. And really in love.. We have been separated for 8 months and still are in touch.. And as crazy about each other as before.. Do you think it' love is it worth stressing out about?

Is he at ft benning, ga? I say stick it out that's what I did while mine was at benning

Yeah that's where is and he is getting discharged in a few months but then he lives in alabma and I'm still in Ohio

I say go for it. My boyfriend is in the Ohio army national guard. He is infantry . Is your guy infantry? So he is getting discharged and out of the army right? There are 3 infantry units in the national guard here in Ohio that he can transfer to if you become really serious . National guard is 2 weeks a year and one weekend a month... but anyway what part of Ohio are you from?

I am from Hinckley Ohio.. He is getting discharged because something is wrong with his back.. I don't know what infantry is I will find out!

Oh cool so your close by :) infantry is mostly what the guys at benning are :) do you know if he has his blue cord ? Is he there for basic training and AIT or is he just stationed there?

He said he was in fort bennin for basic training now frt. Gordon or something like that!

He is infantry then... anyone that went to basic at benning is infantry... lol he will explain it to you. Do you know what his MOS (army job) is?

He always talks about fireguard or something like that!

Fireguard is when all the guys are asleep and like 3 or 4 of them get up in shifts and stand guard to make sure everything is safe and stuff like that... does he tell you what he does all day ? How long have you known him for?

I've known him for about a year in a half.. He doesn't like talking about the army he says he hates it and it just makes him wish he was at home... he said he doesn't do anything he takes off and gets in trouble!. But before when I talked to him he talked about cleanign picking trash up that kind of stuff..
