I was charged with a misdemeanor after getting into a physical argument with my brother. I was charged with simple assault. After having to attend Anger Mgt courses the carges were dismissed. I am now in need of Act 33/34 clearances to sell hospital equipment to Hospitals in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Will I be in jeopardy of not being eligible to receive these clearances or have issues with being hired?

Since the charges were dismissed ( if they really were) have you ran a criminal history of yourself lately. But if they were dismissed, it will not effect this.
