This girl I like and have previously met up with and found out she liked me sayed she didn't want to upset me said she has too much going on right now and wants to get that sorted before and just to be good friends before a relationship.

As a girl, I think it's best that you stay patient, and wait for her to sort things out. Who wants a girl with drama? If you date her now, perhaps she might come with some drama, so once things are sorted out she might come with less drama and she'll be much, much happier. I also think she'll admire you more if you wait her out because it shows that you really like her and are willing to wait. :)

OK, thank you for advice. Plus I compliment her every now and then. Say she looked nice today or that her looks really nice. I ask her how her day was or how work went, little things like that. But yeah I am willing to wait and just keep talking to her and I have said if she wants to talk about anything I will listen and help in any way I can.
