My husband, he does not want to spend his time with me.. if I asked him he always says no he love me... but I feel always alone.. nothing is different if he is with me or not... he never wants to understand my problem.. even not try to ask I am happy or not.. if I cry he never ask what happen.. he smoke, he drinks,he has lots of work,even we can't eat together... I want to eat, sleep, watching t.v together but he is really not interested.. is he love me?

He's your husband. He's the only one who knows if he loves you or not. Ask him - presumably you talk about other things in your marriage.

Have you said anything specific (instead of crying), such as, "I'd like it if we could eat dinner together tonight."

How old are you, and how long have you been married? Do you work? Have children? Oft times when a young wife has no life outside the marriage, these types of feelings pop up. That's why I asked.

Its no secret we get needy, and insecure when we don't have things going for us without the partner, that makes us happy as a person. I like Judys suggestion to be mindful of your approach to him, with suggestions, and not tears.

I also have the same problem.My husband doesnot spend time with me.Am working in s/w,he is working in H/w. We got married one year back. He has one younger brother and sister. We are in a join family, so there is no privacy b/w us.He used to say all the things(problem b/w us ) to his parents.If I ask why you say all the matters to your parents he just told me they are my parents I sholud share all my problem with them only.Their parents take advantage from his behaviour and start fighting with me from the first month itself.His sister,brother also doesnot give respect to me. But also he used to support his family.I spoke with him many times reg these issues but he is not ready to hear my problems. I asked him to come for nuclear family but he is not willing to leave his family and his parents doesnot allow him to take decision.

He used to spend all the time with his parents. As both of us are working we can't able to spens time together in weekdays. Even in weekends also he used to be with his family.. I feel lonely.. I start hate him.. I don't know what I have to do now.can any one please give me some suggestion.
