The image shown is a profile calendering machine. It is used to produce v-belts.I have double the length of the roller. The existing size is 570mm. I have to make it at least 1000 mm. How can I do it. How will the dia vary accordingly. The current dia is 210 mm.
How to calculate the torque of the existing roller.
The roller has an rpm of 10 at present.
I have maintain the torque and rpm.
It is driven by a 25hp motor.
Is this feasible. Please help.
